Homewrecking wheels.

Love the look of this; very pastely-watercolory, if not for some inconsistency in the coloring and some rather apparent white spots. Might i ask what program you used to make this?

Yeah, I was sorta haphazardly going for a watercolors-esque coloring without actually looking up how that would work. I'm using Photoshop Elements 8, which may not the best thing to use. I've heard that Elements is supposed to supplement other Photoshop programs, so I'unno.
